Mystery Scoops Policy:

By adding to cart and purchasing, you are agreeing to the Mystery Scoops terms and conditions.

Mystery Scoops are sold in increments of 3 or 5 pieces. In order to purchase larger scoops, add multiple 3 or 5 piece scoops to the cart. 

• Returns are not accepted for Mystery Scoops.
• Not all orders will be filmed. Orders that will be filmed are selected at random. There is no way to guarantee that your order will be filmed and/or posted on social media. Filming is not included in the cost of Mystery Scoops.
• Requests are permitted but not guaranteed. Not all color schemes or themes can be fulfilled due to inventory. 
• Specific items CANNOT be requested. 
  
• We reserve the right to refuse any requests that are deemed as impossible, unfair or unrealistic. 
  
• If we are unable to accommodate your request(s), you will receive random items. 
  
• If you are a returning customer, there is no way for us to know what you received in previous orders. Please leave a note of the items you have already received in an attempt to avoid duplicates, and we will do our best to accommodate.
• Fidgets are generally not recommended for children under 3 years old. We cannot guarantee that all items are safe for very young children.
  
• Some items may contain water beads, which are not recommended for children under 3 years of age. If you are purchasing for a child 3 or under, please leave a comment at checkout requesting that water beads be excluded.
• Our current processing time is 5-7 business days but is subject to change at any time.
